Stephen Kraunelis

Born and raised in Boston, Stephen possesses a superior understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and the unique attributes of each one, particularly the Back Bay, South End, Mid-Town, the Seaport, and Dorchester. He is unmatched in his ability to guide his clients – whether buyers or sellers, renters or investors - through the real estate process and puts his in-depth market knowledge, keen negotiating skills, genuine enthusiasm, and passion for identifying opportunities and optimizing his clients’ resources first and foremost.

As a result of his work in various sectors of real estate and property development, Stephen has amassed an impressive body of knowledge and uses that to benefit his valued clients – whether they are looking to enter the competitive Boston market, expand their portfolio of properties, or liquidate their investment holdings. Stephen attended Boston University, where he earned a BA in Economics.
