About Stephen
With more than 28 years' experience selling and building homes, consistent top producer Stephen Sheffer is a bona fide real estate expert with in-depth know-how that spans the entire Greater Houston area. He's handled transactions from historic estates to new construction homes, working with everyone from first-timers to multimillion-dollar buyers and sellers.
Stephen's passion for real estate began during his stint as a young builder and later as the owner of a custom home-building company. Licensed for more than a decade, he's the team leader of the HTX Advisory Group at Compass with a solid reputation for hard work, integrity and exceptional negotiation skills. Stephen thrives on meeting new people and exceeding their real estate goals, always with responsive and knowledgeable service. "Real estate is a relationship business, and I know my client relationships will outlive any single transaction," he says.
Stephen grew up in Houston and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M. He currently lives in Houston Heights where you can find him spending quality time with his children, coaching youth sports and volunteering with local community outreach programs.
