Steve Richards is the principal of SRProperties_NOLA, a French Quarter/Orleans Parish firm that has represented sellers, buyers, lease-holders and developers with residential and commercial real estate services in Greater New Orleans since 2011. Working alongside his business partner, Byron Kennedy, Steve and Byron are committed to providing exceptional service to clients throughout every stage of their real estate experience.

Over the years, Steve has garnered numerous real-estate awards and company recognition. He received the Top of The Latter Award multiple years ranking among the top 30 in the company and earned the Elite Sales Award as the Top Leasing Agent. He maintained a position in the top 30 and received the Elite Sales/Leasing Award as Top Leasing Agent in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 and in 2012 he was honored as 2012 New Orleans Rising Star and 2012 New Orleans Rookie of the Year, his first full year being in the business!
