Kristin and Jonathan Van Heukelom co-founded Team239 to provide a consistent real estate experience centered on technical expertise and strategy with a family touch. The team’s value is built on two distinct career paths. Kristin is a New England native with roots in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Before moving to Naples in 2016, she served as a Program Director in Neuro-Rehabilitation in Scottsdale, Arizona. In that role, she managed clinical staff and specialized in analyzing complex data to achieve specific outcomes for her patients. Today, she applies that same analytical rigor to contract strategy and market navigation. Her clients rely on her communication and her ability to turn market data into a clear competitive advantage.
Jonathan brings twenty years of experience in Western Canada’s high rise development and custom luxury home sectors. His background in design and contract negotiation allows him to evaluate properties with a unique perspective. Having worked extensively with architects, Jonathan has the technical ability to interpret a project from the earliest stages of construction. He understands the structural integrity of a home from the foundation up, which serves as a powerful asset during both home inspections and high-stakes negotiations.
Team239 specializes in gated golf communities, social 55 plus "Adults Only" communities and other highly amenitized communities. They are known for navigating 1031 Exchange transactions, and Cross-Border transactions. They operate with the mindset that a perceived obstacle is simply a prompt to find a better path for their clients.
