About Young Team Advisory
The logo of an unknown company

Young Team Advisory, comprised of Amanda and Christina Young, Laura Kawwa and Adam Fischel--has had a longstanding and successful real estate practice in New York City, with over 40 years of combined industry experience. The success of Young Team Advisory is in large part due to our loyal referral network of clients, family, friends--and colleagues; often with first-hand knowledge of our thoughtful approach, diligence and steadfast commitment to our clients.

The Team is a cohesive group of real estate professionals: we believe transparency, communication and collaboration are essential practices to providing the best possible service. Clients benefit from the varied, multi-disciplinary skills and experiences of each member, in addition to the personalized service only a small, cogent team can provide.

In September 2018, Young Team Advisory joined Compass -- a decision informed by our belief that Compass is the industry leader and disrupter of our time, a truly technology-forward real estate brokerage firm, uniquely capable of supporting our mission to provide the highest caliber service. We are native New Yorkers with deep roots in New York City: we understand that the city's micro-environments are in a constant state of flux, and we work diligently to understand and respond to these changes.
