Raised by blue collar hard-working parents whose goal was to provide my brother and I with a safe home in a strong family-dominated neighborhood with good schools, I'm truly blessed for the upbringing I had, challenges and triumphs alike.

My dad worked countless hours to make ends meet and my mom was the 1970's homemaker that made sure my brother, myself and the home were all cared for as well as working part-time jobs to assist with the finances and stay sane.

My dad taught me the value of hard work, waking me every day at 6am to do house/yard work before school and on weekends. He pushed me in school and insisted college was my best path. My mom taught me to be kind, compassionate, caring and wise in my choices.

Here we are decades later and all of my parents guidance has resulted in me succeeding in multiple financial-related businesses throughout my past few decades and raising my 3 children in North County San Diego where I was born and raised. It wasn’t without many bumps and bruises along the way, but just the same, I’ll make sure you benefit from my skillsets in real estate and negotiation.

I can sit and talk about my past building my insurance business, publishing an international newspaper for physicians, writing books about business and self-help, speaking to crowds of professionals about business and relationship building or selling tens of millions of dollars in real estate but I prefer to share my passion for connecting with good people like you and working diligently within the systems I have created to successfully sell or buy your next home. My former life before real estate simply paved the path for me to be at my best while advising and serving you.

In my full-time real estate career, I get to advise clients on the ins and outs of California real estate as well as be your area expert to ensure you get to live the lifestyle you desire.
