Tracey Cook

Tracey was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved with her family to Houston, Texas, and then Greensboro, North Carolina, where she attended high school. She graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, with a B.S. degree in Communications. She spent the earlier part of her career in advertising, but upon moving to Charlotte, her interest in flipping houses led her to acquire both a Real Estate license and Residential General Contractor's license. She ran her own construction company from 2003 to 2007.  Tracey decided to focus on selling residential real estate and has been a top producing agent. Tracey and her husband, Marc, have five children two UNC graduates (Go Heels!), and three who currently attend University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), University of Vermont, and Colgate University. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys cheering on the Charlotte Hornets (Marc is a team physician), walking her dogs, playing tennis and running down to Isle of Palms near Charleston, SC.
