About Tracey
Tracey has been a dedicated presence in the real estate industry since 2004, providing consistent support to buyers and sellers throughout her career and maintaining sales volume placing her in the top .5% of Cape Cod Realtors. Affiliated with Kinlin Grover, now a part of Compass, she has deep roots in the Cape Cod community. While not a native of Brewster, she moved to the Cape as a child (so, alas, is still a wash-a-shore) but is intimately familiar with the Cape, especially the Lower Cape. Her love for Cape Cod is evident, and she is passionate about helping clients find their perfect property or sell their most valuable asset.

Traceyā€™s meticulous attention to detail is a result of her previous career path as the controller at private country clubs, where she played a crucial role in opening each club from ground zero; facilitating the automation of the club accounting office with coordination of point-of-sale tracking between the restaurant and other club facilities. This experience has honed her ability to ensure that every aspect of a project is carefully managed and executed to perfection.

With a strong understanding of the area, Tracey recognizes the importance of maintaining a stellar reputation and works diligently to ensure her business continues to thrive.
