Trish has a thorough knowledge of the Manhattan & Brooklyn markets, with an emphasis on artists’ lofts and investment condominiums. She puts this knowledge to work in tandem with her negotiation skills to help her sellers and buyers realize their real estate goals. Trish’s discretion and finessed approach are valued by her varied clientele — from seasoned investors to first-time buyers — in all sectors of the market, be they downtown or uptown, condo or co-op, investment property or primary residence. A native of Virginia, Trish has resided in New York more than 20 years. She resides in Tribeca with her husband, artist Ryan McGinness, and their two young daughters, who keep her on her toes. Her interests include contemporary art and running.
