I had no idea as to how to proceed so I called Bill Karchare at Platinum Property Realty.
Bill came out personally and sat down with my mother and I and explained the entire sales process. He did his research on properties in the area and gave us a full market analysis.He inspected the home and let us know what repairs needed to be made (fortunately they were minor.) When it came time to put the house on the market Bill had a photographer take photos and listed the property on MLS. He personally handled the Open House and gave us ample notice when a prospective buyer wanted a showing.
