Logging In via Text Message

  1. Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose Log In.
  2. Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
  3. Choose “Text Verification”.
  4. If you select the “Text Verification”, you will see a similar screen to the one featured here on your mobile device. Your 6-digit authentication code is shown in the banner at the top of your screen in addition to being manually included above your keypad. You may enter this code manually or merely tap the automated entry at the top of the keyboard.
  5. If a 6-digit code does not appear, you can log in by tapping “Resend Code” or “Try Another Way”. By selecting “Try Another Way”, you’ll be prompted to select if you’d like to log in via a login link sent to your Compass email or using OneLogin.

Logging In via Email

  1. Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose Log In.
  2. Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
  3. Choose “Email Verification”.
  4. If you select Email, you’ll be prompted to open your email app. On a mobile device, you may choose which application to open your email. On web, the button opens your Compass Gmail.
  5. You will receive an email shortly similar to the one below. By tapping “Log In Now” from the email, you will automatically be logged in to the Compass platform on that device.
  6. You may also manually enter the 6 digit verification code included in the email by tapping “Enter Code” and inputting the 6 digits when prompted. At any point throughout this process, you can go back and choose a different verification method.
