Compass Sign In Support

Signing In via OneLogin

  1. Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose "Register/Sign In".
  2. Select “Compass Agent”.
  3. Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
  4. Choose “OneLogin | Recommended”.
  5. When you select “OneLogin Protect,” you will see a similar screen to the one featured here on your device.
  6. You will receive a notification to open the OneLogin “Protect” app on your mobile device. Once open tap the green check mark “Accept” to authenticate. You also have the option to enter in your authentication code manually.
  7. Return to the sign in screen to see that the authentication has worked and you are signed in.

Signing In via Text Message

  1. Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose "Register/Sign In".
  2. Select “Compass Agent”.
  3. Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
  4. Choose “Text Verification”.
  5. If you select the “Text Verification”, you will see a similar screen to the one featured here on your mobile device. Your 6-digit authentication code is shown in the banner at the top of your screen in addition to being manually included above your keypad. You may enter this code manually or merely tap the automated entry at the top of the keyboard.
  6. If a 6-digit code does not appear, you can sign in by tapping “Resend Code” or simply go back.
