Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose "Register/Sign In".
Select “Compass Agent”.
Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
Choose “OneLogin | Recommended”.
When you select “OneLogin Protect,” you will see a similar screen to the one featured here on your device.
You will receive a notification to open the OneLogin “Protect” app on your mobile device. Once open tap the green
check mark “Accept” to authenticate. You also have the option to enter in your authentication code manually.
Return to the sign in screen to see that the authentication has worked and you are signed in.
Signing In via Text Message
Open the latest Compass iOS app or go to Compass.com and choose "Register/Sign In".
Select “Compass Agent”.
Type in your Compass email address and hit “Continue”.
Choose “Text Verification”.
If you select the “Text Verification”, you will see a similar screen to the one featured here on your mobile device. Your 6-digit authentication code is shown in the banner at the top of your screen in addition to being manually included above your keypad. You may enter this code manually or merely tap the automated entry at the top of the keyboard.
If a 6-digit code does not appear, you can sign in by tapping “Resend Code” or simply go back.
FAQ
Does this mean I won’t need a password to sign in to my Compass email?
If you choose OneLogin, you will be signed in to your entire workflow without the use of a password.
If you choose the Text Verification, you will only be signed in to the Compass platform.
It says that my account has been locked. What do I do?
If your account becomes locked, you will have to sign in via OneLogin. Text log in options will be re-enabled after a 24-hour lockout period.
My phone number has changed. How do I update it?
If you’re a Compass agent, please contact your Agent Experience Manager (AEM) to update your phone number. If you’re a Compass employee, you can edit your phone number in the Settings tab in the iOS app.
Will this affect clients as well?
Clients now have the ability to sign in via third party social and email applications, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, and Email.
