Instead of finding “no trespassing signs,” visitors now enjoy permanently protected public access from Plot Road, and will forever have the chance to swim, splash, and fish along this half-mile of protected stream. The town of Johnson owns the land, and Vermont River Conservancy holds the easement, working together to make sure these 25-acres will always be in their natural condition.” Lot 2 is not Conserved and is buildable according to the Covenants and Restrictions attached. There is an approved VT Waste Water Permit for a (3) bedroom residence. Also allowed by the current Covenants and Restrictions is the construction of a single family residence, 4-car garage, one guest house and one barn. Lot 2 has 373’ of road frontage on the paved Plot Road. Stowe 18 miles. BOS 3.5 hrs. BTV 38 miles. Morristown (Copley) 10 miles.
