Electricity is provided by the sun through six roof-mounted solar panels to three 24-volt lithium batteries. The battery power runs through a Victron Energy inverter providing standard 120v AC. No sun? No problem? The state-of-the-art system can last days without sun or can be charged with a back-up generator. Rockview's 20 plus acres are reached through gated managed woodlands. Diverse wildlife is often seen along the deeded three-quarter mile dirt/gravel right-of-way climb.
