The dirt drive, used for some conservative logging a few years ago, is solid and free of ruts and could be improved for use year-round by any all wheel or 4 wheel drive family vehicle to get to private potential home or lodge locations with distant views.  The cut took primarily some oak trees 18 inches or more in diameter leaving many similar maturing Oak, Cherry and Maple.  There is plenty of cover and mast for turkey and deer which I saw during my walks of the land.  There are good places along the paved road that also could be used as home sites. There are no liens or leases or right of ways, and all oil, gas, mineral and timber rights are owned and will convey.  The property has approximately 225 yards of road frontage with power and cable, and there is good cell phone reception on the entire 88 acres.  Please do not enter the property without permission and an appointment.
