We make no claim, other than to assert that Bear Camp River forms our southerly boundary. House is comprised of eight rooms in disarray with most in need of reconstruction. Property includes a large 37 x 80 dilapidated barn & adjoining shed/garage with old-school privy. There is a nice view of Black Snout Mountain from the rear, screened porch. Occasional ground water in cellar has over time contributed to first-floor wood rot, requiring drain repair & structural reconstruction.
