If you would love to own a private mountain retreat do not let this one slip by... AWD / or 4WD recommended when leaving... on approach the final 50-100 yards is mostly down hill on gravel road. Front wheel drive cars are ok too, when leaving cabin will need to get some momentum to make it up the first 50 yards on the gravel...it is only 50-100 yards on final approach to the home down hill and up hill when leaving where I would caution you if not used to driving on mountain gravel roads...4wd / AWD will have no issues...if unsure, please park on the gravel road after turning on the fork to the left as described in the directions, please do not block the neighbors. AWD / 4WD should not have any issues on the final hill in and out of the cabin...as we said...it is very private!
