Inside, natural light floods through floor-to-ceiling glass, casting dramatic shadows across polished concrete and hot-rolled steel. The main level feels expansive and weightless, blurring the line between indoors and out as lush landscaping and a plunge pool sit just beyond the glass. A custom floating steel staircase—more sculpture than structure—rises three stories alongside soaring 25-foot windows. As you ascend, the home unfolds in cinematic moments of sky, trees, and geometry. Here, light becomes a material, height becomes a luxury, and space becomes a feeling.
