Two large rooms at the front of the house function as living and dining rooms with the kitchen and a family room on the back of the house, and a full bath is located on the first floor. The staircase to the second floor located off the kitchen leads to three finished rooms in the front of the house; an unfinished area above the kitchen and family room is ready for expansion, with plumbing in place for another bath. All flooring is soft and hardwood except for the bath. There's plenty of storage space in the basement where you'll find the mechanical systems.
