Bathtub and bathtub walls were all replaced. The other bathroom shower was gutted to the studs with a new shower pan and walls All using hardi board - cement board. The water heater is new and plumbing around it was updated as needed. A new dishwasher in the kitchen was installed along with plumbing updated as needed to go along with the new dishwasher. The electric panel was completely replaced. All electrical wiring was replaced to code
The outside AC unit was replaced. Roof Shingles were replaced with dimensional architectural shingles along with the flat roof 2015, 10k boat lift along with right side and left side dock 2016, pool resurfaced with Diamondbrite 2017. Attached is the Certificate of Completion. Permits were pulled per Pasco County Building Department and everything was done per Pasco County to finish and close out the Permit
