The roof was replaced about 12 years ago and the hot water heater just 2 years ago. Heat is oil forced air, and the furnace is older. Nearby the house is an outbuilding that houses a workshop in need of a new roof. The property needs a Title Five Septic System for the house and has one for the studio.
