About Kathleen
In 2004, after having been a personal assistant to a top-producing Realtor® in the Wellfleet, Kathleen decided to pursue her real estate career and has never looked back. She is now a leading Realtor® and in the town of Wellfleet having sold over $160M worth of a real estate. She is often the number one Realtor® in the town of Wellfleet. While she is proud of those accomplishments, it is happy clients satisfied with their real estate experience that makes her tick. She is most proud of treating clients the way she would like to be treated. She will not stop working on your behalf until your goals are met. She believes in being direct and professional with each client and has a real attention to the details; large and small.

Kathleen grew up vacationing in Truro each summer and knows many of the "nooks and crannies" of the Outer Cape. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and does most of her business in the Outer Cape towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown. She specializes in single-family homes and condos that are waterfront or water view.

Continuing her education is foremost to Kathleen so she can stay on top of her game and offer her clients the very latest information. She traveled to Naples, Florida to complete her Resort and Second Home Specialist Designation and continues to travel to RSPS symposiums to foster the relationships she has made with other Resort and Second Home Realtors®. This provides easy connections so she can help provide referrals for her local clients who want to buy properties in other resort areas. She is a natural with second home and investment properties as she owns and rents out her waterfront investment property in Wellfleet.

Kathleen also completed the rigorous coursework to get her GRI® designation. When she first moved to Cape Cod in 1999 her goal was, "Feed her body, Feed her soul and Give back to the community". Although her real estate career now takes much of her time, she continues to be involved in the community. She enjoys volunteering with local organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod and is currently serving on their Board of Directors.
