Plaintiffs' (homeowners,) belief at the time, the sinkhole had not been repaired and continues to damage Plaintiff’s property. Owner claimed due to Forced Insurance on the property, Wells Fargo’s insurer refused remediation. A first and lesser sinkhole in 2003 was remediated.
