There are five masonry, wood-burning fireplaces at RiversBend, with four of those fireplaces currently using gas-inserts. An elevator shaft can easily be installed, if desired, to serve the first and second floors. As you walk the grounds, you will likely overlook the five mile, forty-zone, irrigation piping installed in 2007. The irrigation spans the entire property, with the exception of the horse paddock.
