About Lauryn
Lauryn Helling has lived on the charming island of Alameda all her life. Much like many bay area natives, She grew up in a family home that was passed down through the generations attending St. Philip Neri Elementary School, completing her high school career at St. Joseph Notre Dame, and graduating with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Holy Names University in the beautiful Oakland hills. The memories and constant conversation of stories of the past remind Lauryn how wonderful Alameda really is. The warmth of family traditions, new and old, continue to motivate her to want to bring that same wonderful feeling to her clients. Lauryn and her fellow team-members have been friends for over 10 years and it was their enthusiasm for real estate that inspired Lauryn to get her license. Before joining the team, Lauryn worked closely with patients in a clinical setting and loved that she could make such a positive difference in their overall experience. She looks forward to bringing that same level of customer service to her real estate transactions. Lauryn has also worked within the Stanford HealthCare system both in the back office of Medical Records and front office as a Patient Service Representative. Again, it was working with people that she enjoyed the most and why she believes real estate is a perfect match.
Joining a team with over 40+ years of real estate experience was an opportunity Lauryn felt like she couldn’t pass up. Jane and Jill Friedrich have become pillars of real estate in the Bay Area which has given Lauryn the confidence to go after her dreams of helping people find their forever home and achieve wealth through real estate. She is excited to continue to learn and grow within real estate and see what great things can be accomplished when all three of them work together. In her spare time, Lauryn enjoys spending quality time laughing and sharing stories over a home cooked meal with her family. Her sister has given her the joy of being an auntie so nowadays you will find her on a playdate with her favorite niece. If not with family, Lauryn enjoys the bliss that comes with a clear schedule to do something or nothing at all.
