Misti Stephens

Misti is a Ponte Vedra Beach resident who has lived in the Northeast Florida beaches area since 1999. She has been a Florida Real Estate agent since 2001, and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 2006. Misti has a passion for all things real estate, from design and construction, to recognizing potential investment opportunities. Her enthusiasm for helping others find and create their dream home is evident. She has owned several properties over the last twenty years in the Jacksonville and Beaches areas, including short-term vacation rentals and developed new construction. Her experience as a real estate property owner combined with her knowledge as  a real estate broker associate, give her the advantage of understanding her customers and their real estate needs.

In early 2021, Misti also obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator's license to assist her customers with a deeper understanding of the financing process of real estate.

Misti, a native of Myrtle Beach, SC grew up active in competitive gymnastics and later attended the University of South Carolina where she was a Gamecock Cheerleader. After college, Misti visited Florida and fell in love with the state. After obtaining her real estate license, she immediately began selling new construction and existing homes, as well as commercial real estate in Duval and St. Johns County.
