"Working with The Adam & Zoya team was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Their honesty, knowledge, experience, passion for the business, and compassion for our family came through with every step of our journey together. With Zoya, Adam, and Julie at the helm, we were able to sell our beloved home and purchase our new home simultaneously which is no small feat! Team Adam & Zoya found our family's forever home and for that, we are forever grateful."

"Adam is phenomenal to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator, facilitator and negotiator, is hard working, thorough and a wonderful advocate. I've worked with him twice now and will absolutely work with him again once the opportunity arises. I recommend him most highly." - Rosie

" Zoya is amazing. She is a rare breed in her profession. She demonstrates exceptional integrity and engagement, always looking out for her clients. You can trust her empirically and she knows everyone and everything! Have a question about which lawyer to use? She can help. Want to know if the roof is sound? She can have a roofer there to look at it that afternoon! Don't know who to get to do a home inspection? She can find you someone at half the price of the people you find on your own. I know I sound like an advertisement, but really, she was amazing and stuck with us for over a year until we found the perfect home for us." - Brett R.
★★★★★
" Adam went above and beyond his responsibilities to assure we enjoyed the entire process. Once we went into contract we were able to close in 26 days only thanks to his (and Zoya's) support...we are really grateful that we met him. Very honest, helpful and nice agent and an especially a wonderful person." - Enrico G.
★★★★★
"Zoya is the best. I have been working with Zoya for over a decade. She found me my first apartment when I moved to NY and my first home when I moved to Westchester. She is also a real problem solver and knows how to work with landlords and sellers. When I first moved to NY from Asia as a single mom I had no credit history and she helped me jump through all the hoops." - Suki S.
★★★★★
" Adam is patient, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, resourceful and has a great sense of humor. He was able to show us houses quickly while working around our difficult schedules. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if I do, Adam will be first call I make." - Ruth
