About Adriana
As a modern-day “Jill of all trades”, Adriana has worn a variety of hats over the years, all of which have led her on a path towards a fulling career in Real Estate. A Texas native and ten-year resident of Austin, she has seen the city grow and change, and with that growth, she found a niche in not only advising her clients, but by educating them as well, on the current real estate market and Austin landscape. By walking them through the buying process every step of the way, Adriana succeeds in ultimately helping her clients attain their financial dream of owning a home.
Adriana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University. She prides herself on understanding a client’s lifestyle, needs, goals, and motivation, in order to find them not just an investment, but a house and community they want to call home.
While at NMSU, she also developed a keen eye for visual aesthetics through her secondary studies in fine art and documentary photography. Naturally, she married real estate with her artsy side and expanded her passion by staying on top of modern home design and innovative residential architecture. Whether her clients are looking for a diamond in the rough, something modern, a classic ranch, or craftsman style home, Adriana helps them visualize the possibilities.
She began her real estate career in the leasing industry by first focusing on renters. Her unique experience within the rental market took her to every corner of Austin advising countless clients on how to effectively navigate the market and Austin landscape. She helped her clients find quality affordable homes in growing neighborhoods, as well as acting as a tour guide of sorts for newcomers relocating to Austin trying to find the best place to live with the shortest commute.
Devoted to delivering the best service possible, she understands the importance of putting her client’s interest and needs first. Solutions driven and service orientated, Adriana has built her business by taking an honest but emphatic approach in developing genuine long-lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues.
