About Andrew
Andrew is a native New Yorker and has been living on the Upper East Side for more than three decades. He has purchased and sold several apartments living through combinations, gut renovations and remodels. He has seen first hand the changes the City has encountered since the early 90’s when he purchased his first one bedroom apartment. He sat on the co-op board for his building for half a dozen years and knows the in and outs of how buildings work.

Reluctant to live in Manhattan at first, he has come to love the excitement, diversity, hidden spots and myriad of cultural offerings. He’s raised 3 kids in the NYC public school system and all these years later can’t imagine living anywhere else.

To some, NYC apartment hunting is a sport. Andrew is no stranger to sports. Prior to his real estate career and still today he is a sportscaster. He has sat in the sports anchor chair at WABC and WCBS- TV and has been a talk show host for ESPN NY Radio. He has covered Super Bowls, Stanley Cups and many NCAA events. He was the NY Giants insider for ESPN NY Radio and also covered the Nets in the same capacity. He does play by play and stadium announcing for the Staten Island FerryHawks. He’s the creator and host of Podcast by Committee. Andrew has found many similarities in telling stories on tv and radio, and helping people find the perfect homes in which they can write their own stories. He can’t wait to help you write your next chapter.
