"There is no other broker you’ll want in your corner. Sitting in my new dream apartment, I know that I have a broker for life. Andrew sets a baseline expectation of excellence for himself that shines in everything he does. Beyond his talent as a broker, Andrew is a good person who prioritizes your relationship rather than finalizing a transaction.

His keen eye for inventory gives you a wealth of viable and desirable options and he is pragmatic when assessing the pros and cons of each unit you look at, always coming from a place of honesty. Andrew is a skilled and punctual communicator who keeps every party coordinated on what needs to happen to get a deal done smoothly. He maintains laser focus, anticipating obstacles and navigating them with grace and professionalism."

About Andrew
Andrew spent 10 years as a real estate attorney before making the decision to join Compass and approach real estate from a different perspective. He has represented hundreds of condominium and cooperative boards throughout New York and Brooklyn and served as in-house counsel to one of Manhattan's largest private real estate investment, management, and rental companies. During his practice, Andrew oversaw the purchases and sales of condo/coop units and negotiated a variety of private transactions yielding an increase in portfolio asset value in excess of $100M. In addition, Andrew founded his own private training and wellness coaching business.

Andrew's experience both as an attorney and as a coach influence the way he works with his clients; approaching each engagement logically, practically, creatively and with empathy. He finds great fulfillment in being able to help facilitate his clients' goals and takes time to connect with each client to understand their intentions so he can position himself to add the most value.

Andrew lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, and coaches athletics at a local high school, the Packer Collegiate Institute. In his free time, Andrew enjoys seeing art, running marathons and exploring boutique hotels.
