About Annie
Annie Blatz is the branch executive of the Brewster, South Yarmouth, Yarmouth Port, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown offices of Kinlin Grover Compass. A real estate professional since 1985, Annie holds the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation for real estate management as well as several professional designations. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). She is also certified as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, At Home With Diversity, and GREEN, and is an accredited Buyer Representative and a Cape Cod Real Estate Specialist. Annie was the President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS in 2007 and 2021 and was Realtor of the Year in 2006. She is active in the state and national REALTOR associations and was the 2016 President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She has resided in Brewster for over 50 years and is proud to say all her children and grandchildren reside on Cape Cod. Never Dream Alone!
