Her passion for client service is truly inspiring as Annie has made it her mission to provide such an amazing experience for her clients buying or selling their home that they have the confidence and comfort required to refer her to their friends and family members who are also looking to make a move.

Annie’s business success has been built on two pillars, namely 'Relationship' and 'Results'. Building life-long relationships and nurturing friendships is equally important to her at the end of the day and she believes treating people with kindness and genuineness leads to successful transactions. It is also important for Annie that she works with her clients from a consulting standpoint. A longtime Bay Area resident and community volunteer, Annie knows that buyers and sellers don’t like surprises and she is diligent about keeping them informed every step of the way and continually exceeds their expectations when it comes to communication. The result is that more than 80 percent of her clients come from referrals, which she calls “a priceless compliment”.

When interviewed about her philosophy on client service and helping families get their home sold, she said, “It’s all about clients and she believes that the process of moving can be one of the biggest transitions we’ll make in our lives and it’s something I don’ take lightly. My team and I are 100% focused on getting the most money for our client's home all the while ensuring they have a world-class experience throughout the entire process.”

Annie believes her team has only just begun. Her goal is to provide the very best options to consumers who are  thinking of selling their home by focusing on three things; selling the home for the highest price; ensuring clients walk away with the most money in their pocket; and providing an experience that is superior to anything else available in the market place.
