Josh has been active in the Austin, Texas real estate market since 1996. At the age of 22, he began a career in mortgage lending. By the age of 25, he was the Sr. Vice President of a mortgage company managing over 30 people. Josh has hundreds of satisfied clients and enjoys the connection made with each of them. Josh has personally purchased and sold more than 25 properties over the years as an investor or resident and has an extensive background in development and personal property renovation. Josh prides himself in taking on and closing challenging real estate transactions.
