"Let me start by saying, Katie is amazing! My husband and I moved to Austin roughly one year ago and needed a rental. Knowing how quickly rentals go in Austin, Katie got on it right away. We were living out of state at the time, so she went to countless houses on our behalf and helped us choose our best option, sight unseen! That impressed us so much, we knew we had to use her services when buying a house. We weren’t ready to officially house shop right away, but Katie still took the time to send us listings in our preferred areas and asked for feedback, so that when we were ready she would know exactly what we were looking for. Fast forward a few months, and it was time to house hunt. We spent about four months scouring the city, in what were likely the most competitive markets in Austin. Katie was on it! She made sure we saw every house we wanted, helped us in multiple offer situations, made sure to be there for every inspection, appraisal, you name it. However, I truly believe Katie’s best quality as a real estate agent is her honesty! She let us know if she felt we would be overpaying, underpaying, or if it was just a bad buy in general. I have never had that experience with any other agents I’ve worked with, and I greatly appreciated it because it showed that she genuinely cared. Her knowledge and guidance was incomparable. Needless to say, we bought an incredible home in the exact neighborhood we sought, and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Katie to anyone." - Matt & Elle

"I would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional level of service you provided, to me and my brother, in the sale of our deceased father’s home. Because I was not able to travel back and forth from Austin to where I live with my family, I relied heavily on your help in order to sell my father’s home. You never disappointed me. You did everything I asked of you and more. You stored furniture for me, you gave me excellent advice on a moving company, you met with several moving company agents with me (and I interviewed several people), you oversaw the move itself, you found an estate agent and oversaw the estate sale and made sure we got the funds from the sale. When it came to getting my father’s home ready for sale you were amazing. My father had let the house go in the last few years of his life. You charged right in and got to work. You found all the vendors and the service people. You found beautiful new carpeting for the house at a reasonable price and found painters and helped me choose colors so we could repaint the inside of the house. You found specialized workmen to help repair my Dad’s outdoor water feature and the yard looked beautiful at sale. You have an incredible eye for detail and the house had never looked better. And I’m not just saying that – it had definitely never looked better. I was not surprised that the house sold in a day at above the asking price. There were also many intangible things that made such a difference in the experience for me. You were not only sensitive of our grief, but you also did an amazing job of helping my brother and me through the type of family quarrels that tend to happen when money is involved. You also did a great job of seeing us through the technicalities of the sale, which were more complicated because both my brother and I live in different states. Finally, your personality definitely suits the career you have chosen. You are so upbeat and have such a can-do, positive attitude that it made the whole process much more relaxed. I have bought and sold houses before and your knowledge of the real estate market was excellent. I know I probably should say something negative to make this seem more realistic, but honestly I can’t think of anything. I guess I can say that it is too bad you are in Texas because I would definitely use you when it comes time for us to sell the house we live in. " - Lee

"We met Katie through a mutual friend and immediately knew we wanted to work with her during our first-time home buying process! She is friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, responsive, and so patient. We heard so many horror stories from family, friends and colleagues about everything that could go wrong. Katie was there to walk us through all the questions and concerns these stories stirred up. She truly understood what we were looking for and was honest about what it would take to get there. Because of this, it could not have been a more seamless process from start to finish. We wake up every morning and cannot believe that this house is ours. I am confident that any buyer that is lucky enough to work with Katie will say the same. We can’t thank her enough!!" - Ali
