In the past 40 years I have sold 6 pieces of real estate (two in Manhattan) and Azad is by far the most diligent, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful realtor I have ever worked with. I met Azad several years before we began working together: I discussed my property with him but told him I was not yet ready to sell. He stayed in contact with me, was always congenial and three years later when he contacted me I told him I was ready. Azad arrived at our first sales meeting with neighborhood comps, building comps, pictures and marketing ideas regarding how to best bring the property on to the market. We spoke about my timeline, flexibiiity, selling price, etc.. and shortly afterwards we got going. We made decisions together and his guidance was superlative. His network of reliable contractors, lawyers, cleaning services, lawyers, etc made the process much less cumbersome for me. When we encountered a glitch with the condo management or with an installation or repair Azad showed up personally and saved me both time and stress.
