About Barbara
Barb is a firm believer in doing what you love. She found that passion in real estate and has built a successful career in the industry, selling all price ranges and towns in the Lower Cape. Not only is Barb doing what she loves, but the icing on the cake – she is doing so in a place close to her heart.

Barb understands the ins and outs of Cape Cod from two very distinct perspectives: summering on the Cape versus living on the island year-round. Originally from Scarsdale, NY, Barb’s fond memories of spending summers in Chatham ultimately led her to move to the charming seaside village full-time, returning to her deep family roots. Her extensive knowledge and involvement in the community provides her clients unmatched service only someone who has experienced both Cape Cod worlds can offer.

This local expertise, coupled with her shrewd negotiating skills garnered at PaineWebber in Boston afford clients more than just a realtor; with Barb, they get a patient guide who can steer them through their real estate journey with expertise and integrity.

Today, Barb’s focus is in the luxury market where she has matched countless clients with their dream home and successfully marketed and sold properties of all calibers. She feels there is nothing quite like the business of real estate because while there’s always great satisfaction in excelling in a career, helping clients build lifetime memories is priceless.

Mother of five and expert multi-tasker, devoted beach runner, frequent coffee drinker, scrupulous chocolate chip cookie maker, dedicated to all things joyful.
