About Ben
After fifteen years in Los Angeles, Ben moved to New York in 2007 to assume the role of Harry Bright in the long-running Broadway musical, Mamma Mia! (The exclamation mark is part of the title). This began an ongoing love affair with the greatest city in the world and introduced him to the love of his life, his wife Jessica. When their first daughter, Evelyn, arrived on the scene, they were living in Inwood, Manhattan in a fifth floor walk-up, hauling groceries, a stroller, Ikea baby furniture, etc. up four flights of stairs. So, Ben and Jessica liquidated every savings account they had and bought a 2BR co-op in the same building - this time with only TWO flights of stairs - and they couldn’t be happier.

Ben knows firsthand what it takes to research the market, negotiate the best deal, secure the best mortgage terms, and streamline the board application process. But more importantly, Ben knows what it means on a personal level to fulfill the dream of home ownership - to commit your life’s savings to owning a piece of the greatest city in the world - to sacrificing for your family’s future. Buying a home in New York City can be a daunting and intimidating process, but it can also be thrilling and, yes, even fun. Ben will never take your journey lightly. He prides himself on being professional, communicative, transparent, responsive, and above all else, honest.

Ben and Jessica still live in that 2BR co-op in Inwood, now with two remarkably well-behaved daughters! (The exclamation mark is ironic), and Ben still loves helping people find their dream home. Whether it’s a multimillion dollar downtown condo or that gorgeous old fifth floor walk-up at the end of the A Train, Ben will be honored to make that journey with you.
