After retiring in 2010, Bernie found a new passion in rehabbing and flipping properties, ultimately leading to a decision to obtain a real estate license in Tennessee in 2015.
Driven by a love for problem-solving and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people, Bernie expanded into the world of real estate, building a thriving business with a team of six agents and an impressive annual sales record of 150-200 homes.
Recently making the move from Memphis, Tennessee to the vibrant Miami Beach to be closer to family, Bernie continues to bring a wealth of expertise and a dynamic approach to the real estate market, all while being closer to family and embracing the energetic atmosphere of this coastal city.
