Bigos Group Team

Consistently focused on customer service, all of the details, market knowledge, and networking, we are known for working hard and we also play hard. 

Our team is led by Karen Eastman Bigos, a passionate Real Estate Broker who has deep roots in Millburn, Short Hills and Summit, with 40+ years of experience in residential real estate. Karen devotes about 20 hours a week to various charities and local causes, which has helped her donate over $130,000 to various organizations in the last 12 years. Our team has a total of four women, and we collaborate regularly with top-producing agent Xiaoxing Zhao and her team of 4.  

The Bigos Group team is composed of Short Hills' resident Sindee Buchalter, with over 20 years of experience as our lead buyer's agent. She has worked with Karen for over 10 years, Morris County specialist Meghan Fitzgerald, previously, our Project Manager has been a licensed agent for over three years and is strong as both a listing and selling agent. Our newest member, Brittany MacWright Fishman, is a fourth generation resident of Short Hills and former clients of Karen’s. They bring a wealth of local expertise, knowledge of home design and renovation, marketing, and caring customer service. They help our clients and customers feel tucked into every transaction.

We are currently in the process of hiring a Project Manager who will work behind the scenes to enhance our team with administrative support and we also employ numerous student interns each summer.
