Having set down roots in the bustling and eclectic Oak Cliff area himself, Bill continues to seek opportunities to better serve the place he calls home. In recent years, he has served the area in a multitude of volunteer roles, including 2018 & 2019 Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour Co-Chair, 2014-2018 Beckley Club Estates Homeowners Association President, and Cedar Oaks Neighborhood Association Liaison to Heritage Oak Cliff (2019). His certification as an Historic Home Specialist from Preservation Dallas adds to the tools at his disposal for elevating your home selling or buying experience. Having closed over $175 million in volume throughout his 17 year career, he continues to demonstrate his strategic and devoted pursuit to growing Dallas communities the right way.
