Outstanding customer service is the hallmark of Jessica’s business. Driven by the responsibility she feels to her clients and the desire to have their real estate experience be a positive one. Jessica works tirelessly on their behalf. She provides personal attention to all of her clients and makes herself available around the clock, whether it's in person, via phone calls, emails or texts. The daughter of a real estate agent, Jessica learned at a young age that the clients’ needs are paramount and that a successful transaction is one where the agent navigates the logistics and shoulders the stress for her clients. Her background as an event planner trained Jessica to remain calm and results-oriented during high-tension moments. They say buying a house and getting married are the two most stressful events in your life and Jessica knows how to expertly guide you through the process with some light moments and laughter along the way. Jessica has a depth of knowledge of the local real estate climate and is constantly educating herself about market data, trends and inventory. She loves devising creative ways to market homes for sale or find the perfect home for her buyers. Jessica firmly believes in the mission of Compass, which is “Our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world.” She is dedicated to helping you achieve that. A top producer in 2017 and 2018, Jessica is a member of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors®, Massachusetts Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Jessica is an active part of the Duxbury Rural and Historical Society and served on its Board of Trustees for over 10 years. For this longtime commitment, Jessica was honored as "Volunteer of the Year" in 2014. Jessica is also active in the Duxbury Public School system and with the Duxbury High School football and wrestling programs. Jessica lives in Duxbury with her husband, Joe Messina and two rescue dogs, Addie and Bean. Jessica and Joe became empty nesters when their son, Sam, left in August to play football for Middlebury College, although they expect him to return to raid the fridge at any minute. When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the outdoors, whether it is walking the dogs, boating in Duxbury Bay or skiing.
