Lucy began her life's career in music. Right out of high school, she started singing professionally. Jazz is her passion. Singing, playing, listening, Jazz is her passion. Music took her in many different directions to great experiences with new people and the chance to interact and learn from great musicians, the most important being Fred Crane. She was privileged to work with many musicians, some famous, some known, but not famous. Still, everyone a treasure.
Lucy spent years in many different places, interesting places. Singing, playing in Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, New York and yes, even Paris. She didn't think about it then, but it turns out those cities are powerful real estate markets
On my way to a real estate career, she made a few stops, working in a florist shop, a healthy vacation resort in Maine, where she led walks, then on to managing a clothing shop on Chicago's North Shore for 7 years. Meeting customers and developing friends daily, it was all about serving people and provided a perfect segue to real estate. Her son called and said, "move to Boston!" He was interested in real estate, too! Lucy took the course, license in hand, she spoke to a good friend of hers, a sculptor, in Brookline. She suggested she interview with Chobee Hoy, because "Chobee supports all things artistic and beyond" in the community.
