"Buying my first home with Brad was really a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions about the whole process, and Brad did a wonderful job at answering all of my questions about timelines, contracts, inspections, and everything else. This really helped me to be comfortable with the process so that I could focus on finding the right home for me. It took me about seven months from when I first started looking to when I closed on my home, and Brad was really patient throughout. "Brad was an awesome individual and was very knowledgeable about the area. He gave us a heads up on different things to look forward pros and cons of each of the different properties we looked at. He helped us find a property that was right for us, which might not be necessarily the thing you started to look for in the beginning. Also even though we had the condo inspected Brad paid for insurance on all the appliances for a year it was called blue ribbon.
