Brian considers his graduation from the United States military academy, West Point, to be the cornerstone of his professional life. His academic experience taught him discipline, character, and leadership. He built successful careers in both the U.S. Army and the biotechnology industry, where he was routinely recognized for achievements and promoted to increasingly challenging leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.

After spending 20 years in biotech, Brian entered real estate with an array of sales, marketing and leadership skills honed by working with some of the best and brightest minds in the field.
