About Brian

Brian earned his real estate sales associate license in 2012, following 20+ years in the construction industry.  Brian’s passion for customer service runs deep and was forged servicing over 50+ major homebuilders throughout Central Florida.  His knowledge of the area is second to none.  Brian has serviced hundreds of real estate customers, and sold well over $100 million in existing residential, new construction, commercial, vacant land, and industrial real estate. 

Brian’s commitment to servicing and educating his customers is evident in his hands-on approach.  From the initial consultation to the closing table and beyond, Brian’s emphasis on “service before sales” is ever at the forefront of the buying and selling experience.  What sets Brian apart from others is his construction background and experience, and knowledge of current insurance and market trends.  

Brian and his brother-in-law, Steven Luppert formed the Rotenberger/Luppert Group and moved to Compass in 2021.  Together, they are one of the top real estate duos in Central Florida.  Consistently achieving selling among the top 3-5% of all real estate agents in the Orlando area.  Their hands-on approach, emphasis on education, and customer service, lay the groundwork for Brian and Steve to truly advocate for their customers. 

Beyond real estate, Brian is a 40-year member of First Congregational Church in Winter Park, where he met his wife and started his family.  Brian earned his General Contractor’s license in 2000 and attended Rollins College.  While born in Pennsylvania, he considers Central Florida his home.  When Brian is not working, he is an avid family man and part of a very large, extended family.  He has been married 25 years to his wife Cari, and enjoys cooking, and visiting the local theme parks with his daughter.
