As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and State Certified General Contractor, Brian brings a unique combination of skills that sets him apart in Central Florida’s competitive market.

A resident of Orlando for more than 40 years, Brian possesses an unparalleled understanding of the region’s real estate trends, neighborhoods, and construction nuances. Since earning his license in 2012, he has facilitated nearly $150 million in real estate transactions, specializing in residential, new construction, commercial, vacant land, and industrial properties. His dedication to excellence has consistently ranked him among the top 5% of Realtors in Orlando since 2016.

Brian's approach to real estate goes beyond transactions; it’s about building lasting relationships and providing top-tier service. His philosophy of “service before sales” ensures clients receive honest, data-driven advice, expert guidance, and steadfast support throughout the buying or selling process. In 2021, Brian partnered with his brother-in-law, Steven Luppert, to form the Rotenberger Luppert Group. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brian is deeply invested in his community. He is a proud supporter of Lighthouse Central Florida, a local organization providing training and real-world application assistance to individuals with any degree of vision loss, and The Welbourne Nursery and Preschool, a historic preschool established in 1927 that offers affordable, quality childcare for working families. In 2024, Brian and his partner Steve hosted the 1st Annual "Winter Park Charity 9" Golf Tournament, raising vital funds for The Welbourne Nursery and Preschool.

Brian is also an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, participates in various local boards, and is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park, Class 32, through the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. A 40-year member of First Congregational Church in Winter Park, Brian has strong ties to the area where he met his wife, Cari, and started his family.

Outside of work, Brian is a devoted family man. Married for 25 years, he and his wife have a teenage daughter and a large extended family. Brian enjoys riding roller coasters with his daughter, savoring cigars and scotch, collecting watches, and attending Orlando Magic, Solar Bears, and Orlando City Soccer games. He also loves cooking and spending time at Orlando’s renowned theme parks.
