"My experience with Bridget was phenomenal!! Bridget's level of knowledge in the real estate market made the sale of my home quick and seamless . Bridget sold my home after the first showing, with several qualified offers providing me with the maximum final sale price. Bridget had terrific communication and was always available throughout the the process (even when she was at a Yankee/Met game she took my call!! ) Because of Bridget's diligence she was able to tell me what to expect and when to expect it and because of her expertise, there was zero issues during the process. Selling my home was emotional enough and added to that was the fact I was relocating to another State so Bridget, understanding the rollercoaster of emotions I was having, made this feel like I had a friend guiding me through the process and not a business transaction. I have sold two homes prior to this one with two different real estate agents and Bridget by far surpassed the others. In closing, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to work with someone that not only did I admire and respect on a professional level but admired and respected on a personal level as well. "There are people who go above and beyond for their clients.....and then there is Bridget, who puts those people to shame. To give you an idea of her work, it is important to a bit about us. My family and I moved to our local area, while selling the house we were moving from. During that time, it took our home 8 months to sell of which we spent that whole time in a hotel (total combined time of 12 months in a hotel). From when I started looking for relocation and met Bridget, I knew she was great. She took the time to show us every home we wanted to see, regardless of whether our home sold or not. I looked at that as a good faith gesture, in hoping to show us the various areas around where we live and work to make the best decision possible. During our move, we also had a 6 week old son and a 2.5 Y/O daughter. With no family around, as we looked at houses, Bridget would watch or entertain the kids so we could put the diligence in really looking at the intricacies of all our houses. From the time we saw a house we liked or she recommended a house it was within 24 hours that we were in to see that house (90%+ of the time), and her local area knowledge on homes, communities, kid friendly things to do was instrumental in narrowing down the area we wanted to live in. What I loved about Bridget, is in making decisions, I am very analytical. Bridget provided all the information I could handle but in an unbiased way so we could make the best decision for our family. Bridget was responsive and always available. All in all, Bridget was well informed in her field, friendly, informative, and available, but the reason I would use Bridget for ALL of my future real estate needs is because working with her was not a job. She cared about my family and our move and wanted to make sure we were truly happy and the lengths she went to in order to ensure this was way more than she was required to do.
