"I have purchased a number of homes and my wife and I have to say that the service that Bryan provided has been exceptional and far above what we expected. He was at the ready when we called him out of the blue and wanted to tour a couple of homes because we were in town. He was very interested in helping identify what we were looking for. He asked great questions. We monitored the typical websites to see homes come up for sale and along with his suggestions for other homes to review, he would lead us through virtual tours of those we thought were viable options. Being that we live in California, he would tour with our Austin-based son, and using facetime he would lead us through the house and provide honest value judgments. When we finally identified the first house that we wanted to put in an offer on, he was proactive, provided similar housing valuations, and told us that the hot housing market would require us to bid much higher than the asking price. At that point, we had to trust him and we did. He always was forthright and after we didn’t get the home because our seemingly high offer was actually too low, we had even more faith in his services and acumen. The second time we went through the process, again he assessed what it would take to be successful in winning with a right-sized potential offer. The homeowner selected our offer and during the negotiations, he was able to lower our offer slightly. We feel that we were able to get our house below market value which has borne out with subsequent valuations. Further, and he has gone further for us… There are quite a few items that need to be upgraded or fixed in the home that we purchased. He has coordinated finding a handyman to complete upgrades and has helped us when items were delivered to the house by going to the house when the items were delivered. No agent I have worked with has been as professional, helpful, and offered up their time when they didn’t have to do it. We would unhesitatingly recommend Bryan with the highest marks. "We were moving from Illinois and needed to sell our home before we could get serious about looking in Texas. Our daughter went to a few Open Houses for us to get an idea of what the houses we saw online actually look like in person. She met Bryan at one of those Open Houses, got his card and told him a little bit about us.
