And that soft leadership style came about naturally. Growing up as the oldest of 7, Caitlin was singled out at a young age to pass along important lessons to her siblings. She settled into the role of mentor and friend in such a way that all siblings remain close to this day. Caitlin attributes the bedrock of that bond to an original lesson learned: All people deserve respect.

Even as she was completing her BA in Communications 15+ years ago, Caitlin had both feet on the ground in real estate. And many times that ground was over 80 stories up. In her determined quest to seek expert knowledge of sales and contracts, in addition to expanding her network of industry connections, Caitlin spent four years managing up to 2.1 million square feet of high-rise property in downtown Chicago.

Upon her return to Kansas City, Caitlin set her sights on helping buyers feel supported and informed in their search for home ownership. It’s her determination to see a client’s pure joy in finding their spot that motivates her as a top agent.
