About Carla

Carla understands that real estate transactions can be complex and emotional. She prides herself on her ability to listen to her client's goals and concerns and then tailor her services to meet their unique needs.

Carla is a full time resident in St. Petersburg, Florida but she is originally from Bridgeport, West Virginia. She started her journey in real estate 10 years ago by Investing in Rehab Properties. Carla is a listing agent and a buyer's agent. She is well versed in residential, relocation, rehab properties, and investment properties.

When Carla started her career in Real Estate, she also worked as a full time Registered Nurse. She has worked in Public Health, Hospital Care, and Health Care Sales. She is very compassionate but also very business minded. She grew up in a small family owned flooring and wallpaper business.

Carla has two adult children and two granddaughters who live in West Virginia. She loves to spend time with family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling, boating, biking, golfing and playing pickleball.
