When it was the time for selling our house in redwood shores, I interviewed 3-4 agents and finally decided to go with Carmen because of her enthusiasm and professional answers to all of our questions as well as all her customer testimonials. We mostly communicated via Zoom calls and texting because we were selling remotely, but it was not an issue at all.
