"Carol has been my real estate agent for various transactions throughout her 14 years. She always goes above and beyond making sure everything is as perfect as possible. Not only is she amazing at prepping your house for sale, she is an awesome negotiator, very through with her contracts and is a super friendly agent that just might become your friend for life!"

"We met Carol when we were looking to buy an oceanfront house. She was the seller's agent for a house were very interested in. We did not purchase that house but she became our agent when we sold another house. She is very detail oriented and skillful in setting a selling price. She suggested a higher selling price for our house when it was listed and we received a full asking price offer! Great job, Carol!"

"Carol is a one of a kind gem!! She guided us to our first/dream home and we could have not been more Greatful for her assistance. About Carol
Born and raised in Canada, Carol attributes much of her drive and focuses on the example set by two very strong women in her family, her mother, and grandmother. Both were ambitious, accomplished, and adventurous sportswomen. In addition to nurturing her love of the outdoors, both encouraged and supported her ambition to become a nurse.

Carol began as an OR nurse, but it was in her work in Critical Care & Trauma that she truly shined. "I loved that it was never boring and never routine", she says. "When you have to adapt to new circumstances daily, you learn very quickly what you need to do to take control of the situation and get the best outcome."

Carol chose to leave a major metropolitan hospital for the challenges of a rural facility located on the island of Molokai. It was a significant move motivated not just by her sense of adventure, but also by her love for a wide variety of sports, including windsurfing, mountain biking, and golfing.

As a healthcare professional, Carol helped many people through a variety of medical challenges to successful outcomes. She has had a great impact on many lives, but she finds the highest satisfaction in channeling her energy into guiding buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions.

Buyers and sellers who work with Carol get the benefit of an exceptionally skilled professional who is uniquely qualified to lead them through the often challenging real estate process. There's not much that fazes this professional, and it shows in the quality of support and service she provides. She understands that a home sale or purchase is one of life's biggest investments, and she's continually focused on finding new ways to benefit her client's best interests.

For Carol, the phrase "actions speak louder than words" is much more than an expression "it's a way of life". Whenever she decides to do something, it's as good as done. She never hesitates to take the necessary steps to get the best results. She's a woman of action who's always in perpetual motion, striving to accomplish each goal and objective. With her goals and results-oriented approach, buyers and sellers count on her to make things happen and get the job done.

Having been a homeowner in the Oahu neighborhoods of Kailua and Ko Olina for 32 years, Carol is grateful for this beautiful environment.
